ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the NameMyCase website (www.namemycase.com). By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products sold on the NameMyCase website are customized smartphone cases. Each item is personalized according to the customer’s choices, which implies a processing and manufacturing time.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
All orders placed on the website must be validated by full payment. Once the order is confirmed, no modifications or cancellations are possible due to the personalized nature of the products.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the website are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is made online through the secure payment methods offered on the website.
ARTICLE 5 – PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Customization & processing time: 2 to 4 business days
Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after order processing
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on logistical constraints or exceptional weather conditions.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. Therefore, no returns or refunds can be made, except in the case of a proven defect.
ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt for a possible replacement.
ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Information collected during the order process is handled in accordance with the website’s privacy policy. Data is never shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be subject to the laws of the customer’s country of residence and brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
